Shipping policy

Sacoplex hands over all orders to an external shipping service. Order dispatch times vary between 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation, and this timeframe may experience delays during periods of higher order volume. 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for each order the amount is automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the products ordered and the destination region of the order.

Shipping costs are only considered free if the customer's purchase reaches 200€ + VAT.

Delivery is considered completed upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
